Avipra Social Welfare Society

1. Introduction

At Avipra Social Welfare Society, we value the support of our donors and participants. Since we operate as a non-profit organization, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds for donations, event participation, and program enrollments.

2. Donations

All donations made to Avipra Social Welfare Society are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • If a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), donors must contact us within 48 hours at connect@avipra.org with proof of transaction for review.
3. Event Registration & Program Fees

Fees paid for workshops, training programs, or events may be refundable under certain conditions:

  • Cancellation before 7 days of the event: Full refund, excluding processing fees.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the event: No refund will be provided.
  • Failure to attend: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

If an event or training program is canceled by Avipra Social Welfare Society, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund or an option to transfer their registration to a future event.

4. Membership & Subscription Fees

Any membership or subscription fees paid to Avipra Social Welfare Society are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

5. Transaction Errors

In case of duplicate transactions or incorrect deductions, please reach out to us at connect@avipra.org with transaction details.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction.

Avipra Social Welfare Society is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway or banking institutions.
